Objective: The Territory Manager will grow sales and increase company profits by cultivating current customers and recruiting new customers. The representative will increase profitability by promtoing products, providing technical support and conducting training to new and repeat customers within an assigned territory.

Job Duties: Particpate with management in updating territory plan and set sales goals and budgets.
Determine sales potential for new and existing customers through inquiry, observation, or periodical research.
Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products to new and existing customers.
Determine customer requirements an expectations in order to recommend specific products.
Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
Increase business and account base by finding and qualifying new business accounts using sales techniquies to cross sell and up-sell
Maintain and improve customer relationships and satisfaction
Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism
Assist clients with special requests and problems
Visit job site as needed to meaasure or provide client servies
Gather competitive information and other market information regularly while interacting cooperatively with other members of the distribution team
Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to company's requirements for customer and transaction profitability
Prepare and present quotations
Communicate to the purchasing department unexpected increases or decreases in demand for products
Monitor customers' current credit status
Remain current with changes in local codes and consumer preferences
Remain current on product and industry knowledge by attending sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows, or reasing trade journals
Perform other duties as assigned
Follow company policies and procedures
Review and understand company ethics policies
Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations
Understand terms and conditions of sales and the extent of liability and responsibility
Commnunicate and interact proefessionally with other employees
Communicate company's commitment to continuous improvement process
Use personal computer and other common office equipment
Present a preofessional image
Promote teamwork and cooperative effort
Practice positive customer relations and constructive problem solving
Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge to improve personal effectiveness, and provide training and guidance to less experienced/skilled personnel
Maintain a safe and unobstructed work area, follow all safety guideline sna utilize appropriate safety equipment and practices

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Education: High School diploma/GED required
Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position (3+ years preferred)
Product/applications experience required
Wholesale distribution experience required
